Returns
All products sold on this website are guaranteed by the manufacturer, licensor, or distributor against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase or purchase order (PO).
If a defect is found within this period, please contact us at supports@hand-made-object.com and we will coordinate to correct, repair, or replace the defective product, or if necessary, issue a refund.
HMO is not responsible for goods or services obtained through other websites or vendors, even if linked or referenced on our site.
We cannot assist with issues reported after the 30-day period or for items not purchased directly from our website.
Refunds
- Deposits are refundable only within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable, whether before or after shipment.
- We do not refund currency exchange differences, conversion fees, or bank charges.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Exchanges & Order Adjustments
If you change your mind or wish to transfer your PO, email customer.care@hand-made-object.com.
For replacements, please return the item in original condition and packaging.
We recommend using standard post and including a photo of your return package with postage receipt to ensure prompt processing.
If an error was made during your purchase and it’s still within 48 hours, contact our support team immediately. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before shipment to reduce unnecessary costs and logistics.
