WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

When you pre-order a product from HMO, we will charge a one-time deposit from the retail price for each order. During the pre-order period, our product has not yet arrived in our warehouse and is under manufacturing. We won’t charge your credit card for the rest of the payment until the product has arrived in our warehouses and is ready to be ship out to you.

WHAT CURRENCY DOES YOUR SITE USE?

All prices are in US dollars currency

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SELL & SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO?

HMO’s products licensing rights varies on each product, mainly cover most Asia Countries like Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Indonesia, and might also include some European Countries depends on each product licensing contract. As such, we can only directly sell or market our products to customers in these countries. We apologise sincerely if we are unable to sell to customers or fans in other countries.

HOW CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IF I'M NOT IN ONE OF THE LISTED COUNTRIES?

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

As a customer, you have the option to choose the shipping option that works best for you. The option that you choose and the destination of the order determines the cost of your shipping as well as the length of time it will take to get your order. All shipping times are dependent on product availability.

Please note that “Estimated Shipping Time” refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pick-up to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatches.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Hand Made Object Limited does not charge any customs duties on overseas shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.
